We only collect what's needed to make the app work — your account details, the documents and reminders you create. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising. Your chats are not used to train AI models. The details below are the full legal version of that same commitment.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, profile photo, and company details during sign-up. We also collect usage data such as number of chats, documents generated, and reminders set.
Your information is used to provide and improve the App, send you important notifications about compliance deadlines and reminders, manage your subscription, and respond to support requests.
Chat conversations are processed by our AI provider to generate responses. Conversations are not permanently stored on our servers beyond your active session. We strongly advise you not to share sensitive employee personal data (NIN, BVN, bank details) in the chat.
Your account data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), which complies with international data protection standards. Your data is stored in secure data centers and is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage data for research and product improvement. We share data with service providers (Firebase, our AI provider) only as necessary to operate the App.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, email us at careerpathconsults@gmail.com. We will process your request within 14 working days.
The App uses minimal cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use cookies for advertising.
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We will notify users of significant changes to this policy via email or an in-app notification.
