The information provided by the App constitutes general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For formal legal matters, please consult a qualified legal practitioner. CPS Global Limited accepts no liability for actions taken based solely on the App's output.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
CPS HR Assistant offers a free tier with limited features, alongside paid Individual Pro and Company plans that unlock unlimited usage, team access, HR Analytics, and additional tools. Pricing is displayed in the App and may be updated from time to time; we will give clear advance notice before any change that affects what you're already paying for.
You agree not to use the App to generate unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App without written permission from CPS Global Limited.
All content, branding, and features of CPS HR Assistant are the property of CPS Global Limited. Documents generated by the App may be used freely by the subscribing user.
CPS Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
