By accessing or using CPS HR Assistant ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
CPS HR Assistant is an AI-powered tool designed to assist Nigerian HR professionals with labour law guidance, document drafting, compliance reminders, and general HR support. The App is provided by CPS Global Limited, a registered HR consulting firm in Nigeria.
The information provided by the App constitutes general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For formal legal matters, please consult a qualified legal practitioner. CPS Global Limited accepts no liability for actions taken based solely on the App's output.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
If you enter or import information about employees or other individuals, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so, for telling those individuals how their information is used, and for keeping it accurate. You decide who in your organisation can access it. CPS Global Limited processes that information only to provide the App to you and on your instructions, under our Privacy Policy. You agree not to upload more personal data than you need.
If you invite employees to the Employee Portal you are responsible for inviting the correct person and email address, for deciding which payslips and information are published to each employee, and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate. Anything you publish becomes visible to that employee. Review payslips and figures before publishing them.
CPS HR Assistant offers a free tier with limited features, alongside paid Individual Pro and Company plans that unlock unlimited usage, team access, HR Analytics, and additional tools. Pricing is displayed in the App and may be updated from time to time; we will give clear advance notice before any change that affects what you're already paying for.
You agree not to use the App to generate unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App without written permission from CPS Global Limited.
All content, branding, and features of CPS HR Assistant are the property of CPS Global Limited. Documents generated by the App may be used freely by the subscribing user.
CPS Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
